Over the past two decades, my work has grown through lived experience, through being with people in real moments of change, and through paying close attention to what genuinely brings clarity when life feels uncertain or in motion.

I’m here to offer a sanctuary of reflection, informed by intuitive and channeled insight, so that what's true can be seen more clearly and your next chapter can reveal itself with clarity so you feel more equipped to navigate life. 

My move to Mallorca from Scotland in 2025 marked a deliberate shift into a new way of being. A way of living and working at the pace this work asks for, through stillness, remembrance and a deeper capacity to receive and hold more light, for myself and for those I work with. This is The Golden Path.

We are Soul friends (Anam Cara), connected once more through divine time and eternal bonds, united in love, trust and sacred remembrance.

I’ve been guiding those ready to embrace their true path for nearly two decades channeling wisdom that soothes your soul and enlightens the experiences that break you open.

I’ve spent many years working at the meeting point of intuition, lived experience and deep listening. My work has evolved through real conversations, long-term relationships, and the discernment that comes from staying close to what's true rather than what's expected.

I work as a mentor and guide, offering a powerful presence, channeled wisdom, and grounded insight for women who are navigating the next chapter of their lives.

Place matters deeply in my work. The environments I live in affect me in profound ways, both through inspiration and through challenge. My move to Mallorca has deepened this relationship, bringing a slower rhythm, a clearer sense of alignment, and a way of working that honours both stillness and movement. The Golden Pathway isn't a concept for me. It's something I live.

Women work with me when they still have questions, but trust has returned to their own inner sense of direction. They are open, capable and self-aware and they value depth, clarity and integrity. They are also exhausted by the pace and pressure of trying to be and do everything that is expected of them at the cost of honouring who they are and what they need to thrive. 

I create spaces where things can settle. Where insight can surface without force and your energy can regain balance so life can be lived from a place of calm authority and inner trust. So you feel prepared and at peace. 

For two decades, I’ve supported others in navigating change and aligning with their highest path. I’ve witnessed the power of the wisdom and practices from spirit, and the tools that come through to support souls at their times of greatest need.

This is The Practice I returned to as I rebuilt my own life. And I was listening for what was coming next.

Exhausted from trying to keep up with how the world kept telling me who I was and what was expected of me.

Moving overseas with a two-year-old and a dog, running a business, and meeting a level of uncertainty I couldn’t control, leaving all my known support systems behind and dealing with the fracture lines that created in my closest relationships.

I was broken open.


This saved me through the uncertainty...

I came back to this again and again.

It allowed me to hold my energetic field, increase my capacity to receive light, find my centre, ground myself and trust as everything dissolved and my life pathways reshaped themselves.

This carried me through. I want you to have something you can return to whenever life asks more of you than you feel ready for.
