1. BookingsAll bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. By making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Booking & Cancellation Policy.
2. ServicesAll offerings—including retreats, sessions, and guidance—are provided as personal development and spiritual support services.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing throughout your participation.
3. Payments
Payment plans (if offered) must be completed in full as agreed.Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to the offering.
4. ParticipationBy joining a retreat or session, you confirm that you are in a suitable physical, emotional, and mental state to participate.
You agree to take full responsibility for your wellbeing during the experience.
5. Travel & Accommodation (for retreats)You are responsible for arranging your own travel unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for travel disruptions, delays, or additional costs incurred outside of the retreat itself.
6. LiabilityLife Soul Vision Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from your participation, except where required by law.
7. Changes to OfferingsWe reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the structure, schedule, or delivery of any offering where necessary.
8. Intellectual PropertyAll content, materials, and teachings shared remain the intellectual property of Romy Wyser Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
9. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Booking Policy for Retreats
Booking & Cancellation PolicyYour place on the retreat is secured once your deposit has been received.
This confirms your commitment and allows us to prepare the experience with care and intention.
PaymentsA non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place.
The remaining balance is due by [insert date].
If full payment is not received by the due date, your place may be released.
Cancellations by YouDue to the nature of retreat planning, the following cancellation terms apply:
Force Majeure (Events Outside Our Control)If the retreat is affected by events beyond our control—including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, travel disruptions, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions—the retreat may be postponed.

Cancellations by YouDue to the nature of retreat planning, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat: 75% refund of the total amount paid (excluding deposit)
- Cancellations made 30–60 days before the retreat: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat: non-refundable
Force Majeure (Events Outside Our Control)If the retreat is affected by events beyond our control—including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, travel disruptions, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions—the retreat may be postponed.
In this case:
- Your booking will automatically transfer to the new dates
- If you cannot attend, you will receive a retreat credit valid for 12 months
If the Hosts Are Unable to Deliver the RetreatIf the retreat cannot proceed as planned due to host illness or unforeseen circumstances:
You will be offered:
- A transfer to new retreat dates, or
- A retreat credit equal to the full amount paid (valid for 12 months)
If We Cancel the RetreatIn the rare event that we cancel the retreat for reasons not covered above:
- You will receive a full refund of all payments made to us
Participant ResponsibilityIf you become unwell during the retreat and are unable to continue:
- No refunds or partial credits will be issued
- We will support you in accessing local medical care if needed
Travel InsuranceComprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required.
Your policy should include:
- Trip cancellation
- Retreat fee coverage
- Overseas medical care
- Travel delays or disruption
- Illness, including COVID or similar conditions
AgreementBy making a payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms
