The Soothe your Soul Retreats are a series of 6 events which are aimed to help raise your awareness of energy, mindfulness and allow you to reconnect with yourself, bringing about a sense of relief, harmony and balance into your life.
Each retreat is crafted to provide you with practical tools, guidebooks, readings, insights, and holistic treatments that will help you to Soothe your Soul and aid with your physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
The first in the series is - PART I "Awareness of Energy."
This event includes:
*Intuitive 1-1 reading with Romy
*Energy Healing 1-1 session with my guest energy worker.
*Beautifully illustrated guidebook which features an emotional toolkit to introduce you to understanding yourself as energy. Including practical tools and methods that I share for the first time about how to deal with stress, anxiety and emotional overwhelm.
*Working with Crystal energy, which includes a complimentary crystal to take away
*A guided meditation to meet your future self.
*Special offer gift vouchers for future readings and healing sessions.
*Access to my closed Soothe your Soul Facebook group for ongoing support, inspiration and community
You will leave feeling recharged, uplifted, inspired, and full of insight.
